BigW
Gene Marotta :-) AHHA! THAT is "Geno"! Thank you so much for filling in that question I've had for over 30 years. I figured someone would know- it's about 2 years before I kissed the book and took the King's shilling with Westshore.

GNYC Champs in 60,61 & 62 ... their classic concert of that era was Rock Around the Clock where he was featured ... he joined Hawthorne in 63 to play with a stellar lead line that included Hazelwood, DelMonte, Rodriguez, Delvecchio and assorted other BHOFers ... :-)
Fred Windish
Hey, Big W - That 1977 video is VERY rare. It's the first, and only, national broadcast of a DCA Championship. The original master was only archived for about 15 years. It's been destroyed. I'd like to purchase a copy. If you can be of any help, please contact me. Thanks! It was part of why I ended up with Westshore, to be certain. That and a good friend who recruited me.
