I edit music for many guards across the country and personally love using Adobe Audition. It is professional and offers many effects that are useful for creating colorguard moments.

I think South Shore always had good tricks.

I am pretty sure you can through WGI On Demand.

The running show you are talking about was most likely Center Grove HS. They did it in 1997 with Ode to Joy. The also did it in 1996 or 1998 (I think) with Medea. I am unsure of the year. I am not sure about the spiral show you are talking about.

Cooper City is performing to The Special Two by Missy Higgins. Wallard Lake is performing to Falling Slowly from the Once soundtrack.

I really like Byrnes, Fahrenheit World and Etude.

Auditions for our 2009 season will be held September 21st from 9 to 5 at Fort Mill High School, in Fort Mill, SC. The audition fee is $30, and we will break at 12 for lunch (on your own). I also have a soft spot for Sonnor that year, being one of the first WGI shows I had ever seen. Of course, Light Brigade's version a few years ago was quite wonderful also. Can;t go wrong with a little Maxwell!

Plus if you go on allmusic.com you can see artists that are considered similar to your favorites. Sometimes that helps discover new performers and not use the same music that everyone else has used.

If you have a specific theme, I suggest searching for music that has some words about your theme in the title. Also, with alot of bands using Myspace now, you can look for specific types of music.

I have heard it is by Muriel Zoe but am not sure.
