Thanks For your post. Yes the corps is alot younger looking these days. I don't know if you picked me as one of the few in the 40's (hopefully not I am the tanned baritone player and will be 43 this summer) I think you will see that in most of the DCA corps this year. As with having youger members the scheduling happened to line up with other school activities High school & College(school first ) so we where missing them along with some others.. SO no we were not the Muchacho's In disguise. Yes we will be a smaller hornline this year we are not doing 64 again. But what ever the final number ends up being I am sure you will still be entertained as I beleive you were last night. Well this past weekend was another good weekend for us. The parade was good. Kingston is a nice town. The parade route had a few hills down which is nice.. We have all the music and it is all coming together nicely. I can only say if you are still on the fence for whatever reason School or work or just taking some winter time to yourself I can only Encourage you to come down and see what is going on.. We just need a few more people in the hornline Maybe a handful or less. If you are wondering why we don't say what and where, That is because we don't want to eliminate anyone from opportunity to march with us. Yes Cake is good and instead of gifts lets call it a donation to the Chris aging and sun block fund. But I already have a great gift.. Being able to March in this show with so many other great corps.. (how is that for staying on topic)

Yeah that is a bummer that we are not going to Europe :( , but you know Europe was just a bonus to what is the begining to a really good season. We are having a fun :) time getting this show ready and everyone is excited to get it out on the field. Hey since we are not going maybe some were thinking it would be too expensive to march with us well I guess that has changed and we have one of the lowest dues in DCA with other ways to work that off. Nice.. You got me on that one.. Oh to help you out.. Look online for the baritone/euph soft case/gig bag. (ebay) the euphs can fit in that pretty nicely that is what we used because the cases are soo huge taking up half the trunk Space.. And if you load it right you can use them on the bus without damaging.. but if you can use the case then..
