  7. with the corps set and eager to begin a new season, we've decided to present our new member corps, joining Penguin Brigade in the Rctic Circle Organization: Los Osos! Los Osos will be competing in div.3. Both corps' shows have been decided. Penguin Brigade will once again put on an entertaining and energetic show, which of course, is penguin themed. This years presentation will depict many different battle scenarios which change with the seasons. All of the selections are from The Lion King and written by Hans Zimmer. New Day Rising -Spring (Circle of Life Intro) -Summer: War...the enemy approaches (To Die For) -Fall: The Battle Begins (To Die For) -Fall: Defeat Comes Near (King of Pride Rock) -Winter: Death and Destruction (This Land) -Winter: War Chant...The Brigade Strikes Back (Hyenas) -Spring: Victory and Reconstruction (Under the stars) Penguin Brigade's uniform: (drum major on the left, corps on the right Los Osos' show is Titled "Tales From the Cave" following tradition, we aim for this to be a highly entertaining show for our audience. The show will be based on a creepy tale from, well...the cave... complete with narration! Los Osos' DCPI XI presentation: Tales From the Cave Selections: -Tales From the Crypt Theme (Elfman) -Satiric Dances (Dello Joio) Los Osos' uniform: (corps on the left, drum major on the right) After a tough audition process, the corps numbers have been set for this season. Penguin Brigade will be marching 149 members this season: Drum Major 1 Assistant DM 1 Brass Trumpets - 24 Mellos - 13 Baritones - 8 Euphonium - 16 Tuba - 15 Percussion Snares - 8 Tenors - 6 Bass - 5 Cymbals - 5 Pit - 14 Guard 33 Los Osos will be marching 115 members Drum Major - 1 Assistant - 1 Brass Trumpets - 19 Mellos - 11 Baritones - 13 Euphoniums - 7 Tubas - 10 Percussion Snares - 7 Tenors - 4 Bass - 5 Cymbals - 5 Pit - 10 Guard 23 more information to come soon for both corps

  9. pretty much, i've played both blessing and accord marching baritones and marching french horns, no difference, even the same case!

  12. for events such as minicorps and auxilary ensemble, do we include the names of every member? or just the ensemble name?
