My rookie season, I gained weight. I started at 114 lbs and lost 11 during the first 2 weeks. By the end of tour I had almost no fat on me, but having gained tons of muscle, came out weighing 118lbs.
The corps I marched fed us 4 times a day, but many of those meals were pretty skimpy. I tried to go back for 2nds and 3rds as often as I could, and I kept my bus box pretty well stocked. I've got a very fast metabolism.
This season I'll be starting off with much more muscle than I did last, so I'll be interested to see what the scale tells me during various points of the season.
