Sorry to be so late , but #406 is Joe Ferrara. He and his brother Jeff marched with me in the Bronx (NY) Kingsmen in 66,67,68. They were not from Selden , but came from St. Clement Pope in South Ozone Park, Queens, a standstill corps in the early 60's. I have since lost touch with both of them.
