  6. Or maybe its just simply the Brigs and Bushwackers got alot better from the early July shows?

  8. ALL of us are proud of this corps. They just keep getting better and better
  9. Words to live by. The Bushwackers have had great luck using our 40ft trailer pulled by a large pickup truck. We have been renting heavy duty pick up trucks from United Rentals the past 4 years but in order to save more money this season, I have been pulling with my personal pick up that I use to move the trailer in the off season. Owning a trailer and renting is the best way for us to go, Monthly rental fees are REALLY more cost efficient than owning your own vehicle. A $1300 monthly fee which includes insurance and unlimited mileage for 3 months is WAY cheaper than maintaining a vehicle ( most likely used), insuring and registering for 12 months. Im glad the Corpsvets have had success with my cost saving idea. Jay Bush
  10. The Hurricanes board, marching members, instructional staff and support staff have recieved an apology from the Bushwacker organization. Last nights mistake was not intentional. For anyone who witnessed the show last evening, Our sincere apoligies. Jay Morlot Bushwackers

If you buy tickets online, You will need to pick them up at the will call booth the day of the show starting at 4pm. 21. Can you please list all those "fresh" ideas for me that we voted against? Ive been sitting at THAT table now for 22 years and I would like a refresher course on all the mistakes we made all these years. Please list them for me. Jay Bush
  22. And may I add that this blanket insurance policy INCLUDES our liability insurance of $10,000,000. coverage that we must have to rent facilities. The DCA requires all corps to have liability or they CANNOT compete week to week.
  23. Ill bite Last season the Bushwackers had our 30ft trailer stolen with EVERYTHING in it. Total loss except for the uniforms. Smartly we had EVERYTHING in it insured except for a few items like flagpoles and other misc equipment like generators, tools, etc and we recieved a check within 3 weeks from our Insurance company for the total amount to replace all insured equipment, Over $70,000.00 This season we have a new blanket insurance policy that covers EVERY bit of euipment we own plus the new 40ft trailer, Roughly $148,000 worth of equipment. Our premium is a little over $330 a month for this policy. This stuff is not rocket science, Though I feel bad for Academy, They need to get up to speed on their insurance needs. Jay Director Bushwackers By the way-Tom Maiello of the Raiders and a Bush alum is our new insurance man, He did a wonderful job getting our insurance policy.
