I can see that some posters on this thread tend to rub others the wrong way but, can we please go back to making this thread about the corps that is working their tails off to put out an awesome show, that represents the 70th Anniversary of The Boston Crusaders......The kids out on the field could really use your support in this final stretch. As I have said many, many times..."Everything in life has a trade off, everything."

However, the way you get into Murfreesboro was to have the top eight score coming out of San Antonio and BAC did that. There have been times, in recent years, that BAC didn't make it into Murfressboro but then went on to beat the number 8 corps in Atlanta. It happens. BAC earned the spot tonight, plain and simple. Blue Stars are having an awesome run right now, enjoy it man! It'll be alright....

It will be interesting to see if Boston did indeed get a timing penalty.

Whether we like it or not, tweeting, texting, etc has become the norm. I would much prefer someone be texting or tweeting vs talking on a cell phone. And really it is up to the person attending the show to decide if they want to update or not. If no one is at a show updating, fine.... if someone is updating BONUS! And I thank and appreciate those that choose to keep us informed.

I have one too...very nice. Extremely easy to hook to HDtv once you get adapter. But really with the screen quality of the imac it isnt really necessary unless yo are having a viewing party. Kind of hard to crowd around a 23 inch screen.

I LOVE Madison's show this year, I smile through the entire show every time I see it. And, I think that not naming their show this year is very cool. The Bluecoats have my favorite show of the season. Their ballad gives me goosebumps.

Oh ok......... I was out of the DCI loop last year, so the changes are confusing me. Is SanAntonio the "decider" because Minneapolis was rained out? Was San Antonio a regional last year? Sorry for all of the questions, but I really appreciate the answers. Is there somewhere I can go on the internet that explains all this? Thanks!

Thats what I thought. But, San Antonio is considered the regional right?

Ok, I have been really confused with all of the Texas "goings on" for this week but I think I finally have it: Thursday - July 22nd Shows in Dallas and Houston - Half of the corps performing at each Friday- July 23rd Shows in Dallas and Houston - The corps flip flop FanNetwork will be broadcasting both Houston shows. Saturday, July 24th - Show in San Antonio - Half of the corps perform Sunday, July 25th - Show in San Antonio - Other half performs Now, from what I understand, San Antonio scores will determine Murfreesboro and performance order for Atlanta. I guess the reason I am confused is....Why would Fan Network broadcast Houston and not San Antonio if San Antonio is the deicider? Wouldn't San Antonio be the "bigger" show? Just wondering??? p.s. I do applaud the fact that the touring schedule has been modified so that the corps only have to travel the Texas loop once which saves the corps money. (At least that is how I am seeing it.)
