We call it ‘Whack a Crownie’ you play at home on your TV screen too with a nerf hammer. They stand still and play for over a minute under fabric. We have a blast 💥 with it.

It’s been another fun weekend spending time with great fans of drum corps. For those going to Indy we’ll see you there to watch BD take the big toy back to Concord. Can’t miss us we’re the most outrageously dressed Queens Indy will ever see. Enjoy!

Vanguard has a higher ceiling production. It deserves consideration for a medal right here right now!

Vanguard That’s about as solid performance quality you can get a week before finals. I don’t know if the Crownies will hold Vanguard off tonight. Wouldn’t at all be surprised if Vanguard wins tonight.

Vanguard is the show I’m most definitely interested in seeing. Have they layered and can they execute the performance with better achievement?

IMO The only caption I see that BS would give up to Cadets is percussion.

I’m interested in how the Blue Stars/Cadets matchup turns out. I’m leaning towards Cadets but I’m impressed equally by the Blue Stars with the exception of the overwhelming use of props. Good luck to each!

BD has broken a lot of hearts on finals night. You can count on this, BD will get their 20th if not this season, then the next, and if not the next, the following season. Don’t ever underestimate BD.

BD went from the bus to the field for the most part. What impresses me is that a less than usual performance quality run was still good enough for a 1.5 point spread. Don’t expect BD to have anymore lapses.

Agree! Vanguard has a higher ceiling with their production. Now we will see what they decide to do with it.

Don’t design productions more suited for a BOA Championship then a DCI Championship, because you won’t win let alone medal. But with the exception of 2012 For the Common Good, the Crownies usually gravitate towards cheesy productions. 2022 is no exception!
