I wouldn't even say GE. Visual is what hurt them tonight. They get cleaned up like last year and they could get 2nd with 4th in GE. SCV is winning this year and I'm perfectly okay with that. Crown is about to surge into 2nd soon and I'm SO happy about that!

So Crown layering and cleaning at the same time is what, polishing the turd? Sorry, but changes can be made before cleaning and you can still see the results in the scores. Crown is nowhere near as clean as they need to be, but because of changing multiple things up and layering, they've seen a good bit of score jumps in the past 2 ish weeks. Take the turd and throw it back in the toilet sir. You never should've pulled it out in the first place.

Bad? No. Weakest link? Yes. Until this year. Best section they've had since 2009.

Way too late. I will say this, the band I work with is usually big Bluecoats fans because their director marched with them back in the 90s. Well, there were an abundance of Crown shirts yesterday at band camp. Maybe the bandos are starting to migrate back. Lol.

I wish I was there that night. I've never been to finals. I remember sitting at home watching a bunch of Snapchat/Twitter videos and about lost my #### when I saw the guy go to the wrong spot...I thought they were coming in second...worried me all night. I kept updating feeds to see who won. Lol.

That was the only noticable change for me between NKY and tonight. Then again, I was focusing on the drill rather than the uniforms, so they could've been missing last night too. Regardless, the uniforms look MUCH better.

It definitely warmed my heart watching their reactions. My bestie was sitting in front of me and almost ended up in my lap the way she jumped. Lol. The 14 year old all but stood up and screamed. It was worth the $144. Lol.

It was very noticable to the point that a 13 year old I brought who had never seen a show live, but plenty of videos, said they looked cleaner. I would also like to say that I brought 3 newbies to the show. One 13 year old, a 14 year old, and a 36 year old (13 year olds mom and my bestie). Crown starts playing during rehearsal (the opener), the 13 year olds jaw dropped, and immediately started crying mouthing "It's so good!!!". Lol. Very enjoyable day/night. 3 new drum corps fans today!
