  1. Yes. I was to Cabs' right on retreat (with Sun) and I looked over and saw people heaving, sobbing and whatnot. In 2003 I never took ANYTHING for granted. Cabs were the best corps in 1996 IMO. (No flames or death mail -- and I am not biased as I wore another uniform in 1996).
  2. I might be 2 1/2 years late, but that moved me. Knowing what it's like to win and knowing who got you to where you're standing when that moment arrives. You're a fabulous writer Rich. MWAH!
  3. Admins can close this thread. Daddy sold the bike this morning for 17500.
  4. 1999 Cadets 1991 Star 1995 Cadets 1993 BD 1992 Cadets I detect a pattern.
  5. I can't wait to be back on mellophone, and of course I can't wait to see the crew, old and new. CABALLERO PRIDE!
  6. I have many. 1990 and 1991 Star -- made me play mellophone. 1999 Cadets -- I would have killed a human being to play in that lead mello line. SCV 2001 -- raw, and in your face. WHAT TIME IS IT!!?!? 1993 BD -- Did I mention that I love baritone soloists. HOLY CRAP! 2001 BD -- could not get enough of the guard that year. 1991 Phantom -- I have nothing to say -- watch it and see for yourself. 2005 Cadets -- WOW, just WOW. Bjork's overture... 2005 Phantom -- Color and class. So amazing -- I saw it twice and can not wait to see it a million more times. My all time favorite -- 1992 Cadets. Edgy and just a little off kilter that night, BUT, the passion and power at the end of the show truly inspires me every time I hear it -- that corps never gave up.
  7. Well, I'm showing my age here, but I'd have to say Star of Indiana and Hawthorne Caballeros... Oh, relax, I replied Cadets.
  8. 1991. All around talent and great shows from all the corps that year. And maybe I'm biased because it was the 1st year I discovered what drum corps was all about.
  9. I would actually kill a human being to play 'Bully' either arranged the way we played in 1996, or another updated version. Any of our signature tunes, and of course 'Chery Pink' as an on field warmup...
  10. October is when my birthday is... don't rush it. I will be 30 one month from today!! HAPPY CAKES! And I like that slogan. We are hot and spiced up. VIVA LOS TOROS!!!!!!
  11. I'm pretty sure he had solo's when he was with Sun, but John Molloy is an up and coming to keep and eye on as well.
  12. Mike Winfield, Andy Grilk, Timmy Campbell, Steve Racklowski, Bushman...
  13. LOS TOROS! As I listen to 1976... God, I'd give an arm to play 'Bully' in 2006.
