It's really out of place imo. Everything that just happened before it, to lead into that ballad. Everything after it is back into it ###### though. I just feel major momentum change in a bad way. All good though. That show was awesome all things considered.

controversial opinion I really don't like this ballad.

I'm not a fan of 825. They are making them sound amazing though.

I love this Bluecoats show but there's a lot of transitional moments that take a little too long to get to the points imo. I've never been a fan of BC ballads and this year is no different. The closer and opener are fire though.

I think the best way to end that show would be instead of minor chord, hold on the suspension, and have a 90s style major resolution. Minor chord isn't a garden of love vibe.

I guess this should have been obvious to me or the common rock, but the changes to the Wagner lead me to believe the closer also has a lot more to add. It feels a little “oh I knew it was the closer, but that wasn’t what I was expecting.” still. I’m very excited to see what more they’re going to add! Love this show so much!

I always thought of it like ooos and ahhhs. Someone said it’s how well you communicate your design, I agree. It’s like a mix of high points and how you get to these high points is what makes the difference
