I don't agree with you at all. The Cavaliers have consitently competed in I & E Every year for as long as I can remember. It is a great time to show how truly talented member of the different corps really are and a good time for some relaxation for some before the grueling finals schedule starts. The Cavaliers have been pretty healthy this summer. They are great about watching the boys and making sure they eat enough and rest enough. This flu bug is nothing to play with. Some of the corps ought to be glad they aren't quarantining them like China does to people entering their country. I don't think they are doing this for competitive reasons, give them a break and see it for what it is, a way to protect their members from a horrible sickness that is fast spreading and extremely contagious.

I sure hope so. Don't see why they are scoring so high. They are clean but they aren't doing much. First time I have seen their show tonight and it was boring to me. So many others with more going on. Don't see that big of a point difference in the 1st,2nd and 3rd ones tonight. Don't know what the judges see.

If it is anything like the virus that hit our group of band and choir kids who just got back from Europe it is fast and quick. The first day we were there someone got sick with a fever and cough. In 24 hours they were better but it spread through the bus like crazy. By the end of the 2 weeks we were there almost everyone had been sick on our bus and it was moving to the second bus we had. Hope everyone feels better and they get back on the field very soon.

Times have changed! The Cavaliers may have played around during retreat, which they always do, read the book "The Green Machine", this group is famous for more pranks than you would know, but they showed Phantom the respect they deserved and didn't walk off like a mad child. They could have, they dropped a place, but they didn't!

My son was in the 2004 and 2006 Cavaliers and he had to buy his own championship rings. We got the cheapest ones we could get at 200.00 a ring. They send an order form to the members and have them size their own rings then send their orders in. Don't know if this is the same for all Corps or not.

Congrats to Phantom, I loved that show and to see them go from 3rd to first in 3 days was amazing. Of course I had hoped the Cavaliers could have jumped BD, but it didn't happen. Their scores even dropped, kind of shocked. This has to be one of the best season ever. When I saw all the Corps in Atlanta, I loved all the shows!!! What a great way to end this DCI season.

I meant rookie as to the forum, look at the information under your post. I really don't think DCP hates BD, last year all that was on this forum was how great BD was. If anything I see more complaints for the Cavaliers this year but I don't get all upset. You need to take a chill pill, if this forum upsets you, go to the Blue Devils forum. We are expressing our thoughts and opinions. I don't have to have an extensive marching resume to enjoy what I see and express my opinions about it. If you are on this forum long enough you will see many different opinions, good and bad for each corps. You can't let it get to you. Good luck tomorrow night. I see a great Finals and will be happy for anyone as long as everyone's scores improve.

Thank you! I am seeing a very upset Blue Devil fan, but I don't see why, they are on the verge of another Championship. Don't think he can take all our comments. None are corp bashing just opinions. A rookie who has had their feelings hurt I believe.

How the heck is what I said Corps bashing? I have been on this forum for 4 years, and all I said was that I was hoping that Cavies would win during their anniversary year. Quit being such a jerk and don't accuse me of not having Class. You ask anyone on this forum that knows me and I am supportive of all. Okay, my son marched Cavies for 3 years and I am a die hard Cavalier fan but I express my opinion just like everyone else and I have always congratulated the other corps. I can express my feelings if I want to, but I should not be accused of corps bashing! Go jump in a lake.

Me too. I just don't see how BD is getting perfect scores. The caption places were all over the place again, Phantom got 5th in one and BD got 3rd or lower in some. Just confusing to me too much!! Drat, Drat, and drat again.

Never mind, I see them on DCI. I just don't see how they Cavies got 3rd in GE.
