    I love Classic Drum Corps.(Yankee Rebels Alumni Drum and Bugle Corp. is my favorite in that category) Current DCI Corps. need to take a long look at what their predecers did for the activity. <br /><br />My favorite current non-amped DCI Corps. are Capital Regiment and Jersey Surf (you guys have fun and do it right)<br /><br />My favorite DCA Corp. is the Reading Buccaneers as they have proformers that have come from Govenor Thomas Johnson,Md. Liberty HS,Md.,and Westminster HS,Md.<br /><br />However, I love all the DCA Corps that are out there. You guys are the best and there's a reason for that.<br /><br />I'm also an advid follower of the T.O.B Circuit in the fall as well (although that's not Drum Corp.)<br /><br />When I'm not following those Corps. I root these teams on intensely (some more than others)<br /><br />MLB- Life long Baltimore Oriole's fan !<br /><br />MLS- DC United (what a cool name !)<br /><br />NBA- Washington Wizards<br /><br />NCAA- Maryland Basketball 2002 National Champions and Football 3 Major Bowls in a row !/Johns Hopkins Lacrosse winner of 7 NCAA DIV1 National Championship and numberous others prior to the Modern Era <br /><br />NFL- Baltimore Ravens (Balto.Colts before that)<br /><br />NHL- Washington Capitals<br /><br /><br />I also have time to bowl in a league (don't laugh, it's a sport) and carried a whopping 212 average last season.<br /><br />I also announce HS Basketball (Girl's and Boy's JV+VAR) and Varsity Football for Owings Mills High School in Owings Mills,Md. (98- and hopefully a lot more seasons to come).<br /><br />When I do have my announcing duties I also work for WTTR RADIO 1470 AM in Westminster,Md. as a stats man for the radio crew for Basketball and Football and report on games from the game site for the station. I have been doing this for the better part of 15 years and very much enjoy it.<br /><br /> Well, If you want to know more, all you have do is ask :)<br /><br /> "With AMPS, It's NOT real, It's ARTIFICAL !"<br /><br /> I'm sorry I don't have a picture but, I'm still not an A#1 expert when it comes to that sort of thing. <br />

    I was "never" laid off but I knew a few people who actually worked at that station at one time because they are (family friends) of my dad's side. So those actions by them (Infinity) at that time were "disgusting". I will never own a radio station but I can tell that end of it is extremely "cut-throat".

    It's the type of radio based,satellite program that Infinity wants to shove down everyone's throats across the country while "firing/laying off" huge amounts of long time radio personal and "insighting" people who knew of the local radio dj's because the format was changed for the worse in all of the cities involved. In other words, it's a themed show shoved down everyone's throats that over half the drum corps. segments hates on prinicipal.

    This show by X this season is STUPID ! The narration and fact that it's a "JACK-FM" based show kills it. <**>

    History will be repeated alright as in another disappointing finish for the Cadets when they get sent home without the championship trophy

    these people need to take pointers from units like Buccaneers,Renegades,and Empire for their shows as they blow most of the DCI shows off the field. Sorry, but it's true.

    That's because it's show is controversial for one and it's also NOT drum corps. but a BOA show that traditionalists like me don't like. That's why.

    Not very hard to disagree with that accessment at all. A "BOA" show will NOT guarantee a DCI championship. END OF STORY. :P

    That "drama" will continue until a "certain" individual gets his nose "out" of their business and until then expect all the "nonsense" to continue and for X to be "subpar" and considered Cadets "B".

    Except that you left out the "steroids/pep pills" part that players can still get around. Speaking of which a "particular" player will heading to prison sometime soon :P

    Those uni's the guard wore made me want to do this :o and this ampssuck. Those things were just unsightly.
