Man, I miss when I loved the Cavaliers. Again, those were simpler times. I was always just so happy to have my mind blown by their shows. Now I'm older, I'm jaded, I feel like they're trotting out the same ideas, and I resent the new wave of Cavies fans that don't appreciate the rest of the corps on a given evening. I miss those days. I'm going to go watch the rest of the championship years, and weep softly for the days of yore, when obnoxious 16-year-old girls were the people I went to shows with, not the people I avoid sitting by.

You need a hug, dude?

2. 2000 (I use some of their music clips as email notifications also)

3. 1995 (ditto from #2)

1. 2004 (barely) Close one here, but I remember instantly loving this show the first time I saw them live. I also remember thinking how the Cavies were gonna fall out of the top six because they were playing music from James Bond movies, which I normally associate with VK (whom I love!) Great, great show...so much GE, both musically and visually...

2. 2006 I almost put this one first because it is currently my favorite show of theirs, but I had to think back and remember which show I had watched more, and that was 2004.

3. 2002 (A lot of people pick this as their favorite, but I think a lot of them just feel obligated to do so since it holds the (tie) for the highest score ever...Great show...I love how they build the box from the horizontal line in the opener and then the awesome drill and "time-warp jump" (*singing* it's just a jump to the left...) great stuff.

4. 1995 (Planets) Absolutely loved this show...I remember they scared the crap out of me when I saw them live that year with that first big impact...Madison was also at that show that year...talk about a great show....

5. 2001 (four corners) (I thought the music in this show was just okay...I remember liking it more back then [before frameworks]..)

6. 1992 (at Finals, I remember being so excited about their show, hoping they would do that move where they play towards the backfield and then turn to face the pressbox as they crescendo ala 1990...also remember the ending being very anti climatic)

7. 2000 (really don't like the music in the show...just bleh still...they do it so well, but I just don't like the melodies in this show...visually stunning, however...much cleaner drill than Cadets had that year)
