Well if you add up the caption placements: Blue Knights 1st GE, 1st Vis, 1st Mus = 3, average placement 1 Academy 3rd GE, 3rd Vis, 4th Mus = 10, average placement 3.333 Colts 4th GE, 4th Vis, 2nd Mus = 10, average placement 3.333 Glassmen 5th GE, 2nd Vis, 3rd Mus = 10, average placement 3.333 Blue Stars 2nd GE, 7th Vis, 5th Mus = 14, average placement 4.667 With Academy, Colts, and Glassmen all getting the same average placement the scores seem just about right to me with just tenths seperating the corps. blueorginal Posted July 21, 2007 Share Posted July 21, 2007 (edited) How come when its pre-season everyone talks about wanting to see new faces in the top 12 and other corps challenging for the top, but when its season everyone wants it to be status quo and if a new kid gets in then its a gift....etc.... we just need to enjoy the shows and let the chips fall where they may oh and btw maybe if people would look at all the corps with the same critical eye they might see that the other corps weren't as clean as they perceived...... for my 2 cents I was surprised that Academy beat colts.....but when you look at the point difference it's so small that a sneeze could of affected the score..... tonight I expect colts to move back up but think all scores will drop 1-2 points Edited July 21, 2007 by blueorginal Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
