I sure would like to know also! I'm in Florida so obviously not attending the show but my daughter is in Crown so was wondering if the weather would cooperate or not.

Is the field turf or natural grass? Does anyone know?

Grass....

I'm roughly 50 miles north of Mile High, and nothing's going on here..at least not yet

I don't see anything near Denver

Storms out here pretty much build, hit, and blow on through fairly quickly...Semis in 2004 were delayed because of a storm, but that delay was, at most, 30 minutes

DATR is still on.

The forecast looks a lot better than last night and it looks like we may have

the usual afternoon showers, then have a nice cool evening of drum corps.

The turf at Mile high is a synthetic/real grass mix. The field also has a state-of-the-art drainage system. If you remember back to 2004, thunderstorms hit right before Semis and the show went on without a hitch.

Here's a link to the current weather radar (the X is in the zip code where Invesco field is). As of right now, there's no rain in the vicinity.
