perc2100 Posted August 5, 2007 Share Posted August 5, 2007 If you used a credit card for tonight's event and DCI doesn't want to refund the charges, dispute them since they have definitely not delivered the service. Let DCI explain to that bank how they actually DID deliver the goods. That probably won't help for us Platinum users, will it? This is the second feed of the season that hasn't worked (the other being the first show of the season that they tried to broadcast to everyone: couldn't get it to work for me). DCI takes platinum members for granted, as chumps that are just happy to support them.
