It's easy...

BOA starts with a B

DCI begins with a D.

Simple really.

Has anyone else noticed that a "D" looks like a really lazy "B"

"Yeah...I don't feel like drawing a line through myself. This is great."

To answer honestly, 3 things.

1. No woodwinds in DCI, yet.

2. Use of full electronics, not in DCI, yet.

3. Age of members. i.e. 7-12 grade kids(yes BOA allows 7-8 graders) and DCI is a much wider scale.

Hmm.. I don't like the idea of woodwinds and full electronics... we shall see.
