Kingsmen Jr Corps making comeback!

Recommended Posts

OK, guys, I'm not an alum or a honk (yet!), but Kingsmen are making a comeback and there's a really easy way for all of us to help out. Check out their fundraising web site:

http://kingsmenstarcorps.org/Fundraising/

Tells about the Albertson's Rewards Card and their Community Partners Program. Something like 5% of your Albertson's Card Purchases (meaning, your entire, regular grocery bill!) goes to Kingsmen through this program.

Even those of you who don't post on here regularly, this is a great way for all of us to help a legend make it back to the field!

Spectemur Agendo--applies to us around here, too, me thinks!

I confirm with Mr Winton...email received.

WOW!!

When a corps that isn't in existence already has a rehearsal site locked and loaded...well...I can say as Spock would say..."Impressive...impressive indeed."

WOW! This is some fantastic news. I sure hope they can pull it off! But what's with the "star" thing?

And no. Not that Star.

We had the "star" on our flags back in the day.

4 years ago at incorporation time, there was apprehension about ownership of the Kingsmen name...

..that's all I'll say....

I know it's weird for a recent fan to say this, but...

THAT, my friends, is a color guard.
