RUFreak
What is their staff payroll compared to some small countries? Trust me, from an ex-employee, the money isn't why the staff at YEA works there. They pay well enough for a small non-profit but the real reason people stay is because they enjoy working for and with the members of the corps/bands. High staff turn around is typical when you have a younger staff and the pay isn't high. They seem to have built a really strong base of employees over the past 3 years and thing seem to be going well. I had other aspirations that I needed to pursue and that's why I left but I enjoyed the people I worked with while I was there.
