yeah I remember George telling us that they were massively behind, but they pushed the final two weeks and the show really cleaned up. Awesome show, one of my favorites. Michael Klesch's last book with them I think, but an awesome one.
From yea.org, Head line reads-

Man, what a cool thread. Here I go:
Cadets 2001- in the opener when they juxtapose 3 against 2. LOVE IT.
BK 99- Solid show all around and AMAZING ballad.
Madison 99- Cross into the Star, GOOSEBUMP city!!
Suncoast 85,86-Smoking Hornlines.
More later....
Agreed Jared, the whole concept of "down time" to me is one of the best parts of Drum Corps. Just a couple of minutes to absorb the atmosphere and analyze what your doing.
Ive marched with both horn companies on baritone, and I believe Yamaha are superior to Kings. The baris are far more focused then the Kings. The Kings will provide a darker sound though, it all depends on what kind of timbre you prefer. I personally like the Xenos and mellos as well, although i thnk that the Xenos are a tad bit more expensive than the King ulitmate trumpet. Yamaha Corporation rocks!
