NanciD
Please Read Before You Post If you *know* who it is.... please wait a while (not everyone is on here all day or even daily for that matter) If there have been no Guesses..........Then give a *challenging* hint. When giving hints on these try to be creative and just dangle the tiniest tidbit. Make people really think / work on it. Then wait it out a while before tossing another tiny vague tidbit... C'mon we've got to make these last a little longer. PLEASE?? Also, any comments made MUST be made in good taste... this is a fun loving thread... not a revenge match. Please spew your venom elsewhere. Please submit any questions and / or pics in their full size (preferably JPG format), with full description - names, Corps, Stadium, Year... etc. to: The *Guess Who* Mailbox Thanx in advance! All that said and out of the way.. Guess Who # 451 ? (click to enlarge)

ajlisko
ok, I'll offer up that this photo was featuring him as a DM ! Hmmm ... DM from 1960? ... and Tony should know him? ... is he from Sun? ... or from Boston? ... hmmm ... the year seems to be well before Tony was in either corps ... :-) Edited October 25, 2011 by ajlisko
gsksun4
Hmmm ... DM from 1960? ... and Tony should know him? ... is he from Sun? ... or from Boston? ... hmmm ... the year seems to be well before Tony was in either corps ... :-) A "J.S." was drum major for the Boston Crusaders from 1966 thru 1970. Tony said he marched BAC in 69. J.S. was in the Gatesmen from South Boston from 1960 to 1964. I don't know if he majored the Gatesmen while there. I do know he played baritone in BAC in 65. Might be J.S. in the picture. The picture could also be the famous 1960 DM of the Cambridge Caballeros, who later went on to the Hurcs as a drill man, "Nick-Name same as a 1950's president". Won't give the full name, so people can offer up clues if so. Edited October 25, 2011 by gsksun4

gsksun4
nope... So, it's neither Jim Stokinger or "Ike" Richard Iannessa. Seems like Ike did a lot for the activity. He's in the DCI HOF, but I didn't see anything about him for the WDCHOF.

gsksun4
I'm thinking this guy was in the Northeastern Circuit in 1960 and has the initials A.S.
