At first glance it does look like Milt, but, after a second look I realized who it is and he played snare next to me in BSGK alumni corps some years back. Depending on how old the Bart Simpson character was when he first appeared on the Tracey Ullman Show, had they aged the characters, Bart would be around 31 today.
