Oh, man - work may interfere with me making the Countdown! Crossing my fingers and hoping to get the entire experience...

BTW, Kingsmen had a field corps through 1988...

Kudos to DCI for this decision!!!

I think it is great they have put a last minute surprise in to the countdown.......and I look forward to seeing AK again....

I think it was 1987 guy, and pretty small. Lots of bingo profits for you know who too,heh. :bluedevil:

23 Rifles (Drill was written for 25)

4 Nationals

12 Honor Guard

15 Snares

10 Tenors

10 Cymbals

10 Bass Drum

5 marching tympani

2 marching xylophone

5 pit

8 drum majors

1 color guard captain

Average age: 49

Oldest member: 81 (Former Kingsmen Quartermaster)

Number of alumni corps members who marched the 1972 championship season: 28

Members came from 11 states and Canada

Mambo Soloists:

Phil Norris: Trumpet

Carl Allison: Baritone

So Very Hard To Go Soloist:

Eric Ferdman: Alto
