Cathie Wiener
I agree with many others on the multiple moments in the 93 Phantom show. 92 Cadets gets me every time. Still my favorite show ever. I also get tons of goosebumps whenever I see the 93 SCV show, especially in the very opening drill and the end zone exit in the ending. It was also awesome to see them on tour at stadiums with real grass where they could drop the sword directly into the turf. Way cool... shoot, now I'm going to have to go dig out my tape and watch it again.

Perry S
That night at Finals in Birmingham 1980 when Spirit put all of their Hurt out there for Jim Ott at that show that night. The most goosebump inducing emotional MAGICAL moment I have ever watched in the 33 years I've been going to Drum Corps shows. For me Nothing even comes close. You could tell it was a fitting goodbye from them.
Widge
-Whenever I hear the Scouts sing/play "You'll Never Walk Alone" (The epitome of brotherhood) -Madison's "The Way We Were" and "Slaughter on 10th Avenue" (1975 was a magical year. I wish I was around for it) -SCV's Bottle Dance (Ditto) Add to that... 27's Danny Boy...especially when the Bridgemen reunion corps played it in honor of 27 last year ,,,,Best " goosebump" single note ....the full hornline entrance of SCV. Scherazade.

SF2K4
... the big hit in Georgia On My Mind, Spirit 1980. ... the dissolving company front of Appalachian Spring, The Cadets 1987. ... the Music of the Night company front, SCV 1989. ... the bottle dance, SCV 1992. ... the Fight Club scene, The Cavaliers 2002. There may be more but those are the only ones I can think of right now.
Maestro196
Some of my goose bump moments: Brandt Crockers voice every year 83 Cadets - mellophone riff into Rocky Point BD - F Tuning - don't know why but it always gets me pumped 1983 - We were leaving after retreat and Madison had won the show. The stadium was in a valley and as we marched back to the busses we heard MYNWA. It just seemed to echo and build through the entire valley. 80 Spirit - Let It Be Me - The first show I can remember seeing and it was through the TV but the emotion came poring through the electrons. Madison - Strawberry Soup Phantom - 1812 Overture - so much pure power and many others.
2003Ageout
Not sure if it's been said yet... But SCV 2000 Adagio for strings at the huge impact. It was the first show I saw live and the reason I started marching.
melritz
I still get goosebumps whenever I think about Madison's encore performance after winning in '88. Remember that was the year that the placements weren't announced after quarters and semis. I, for one, didn't think Madison had a shot at the title even though I loved that show. I will NEVER forget the emotion and power of that encore performance. It was probably the most exciting show I have ever seen!!
footform
Goosebumps (in order for me): Kingsmen 1972 (so good I got in the car after seeing them for the first time in Milwaukee and drove to CYO in Boston just to see them again) Phantom 2003 (repeatedly) Des Plaines Vanguard 1973 (Mars off the line and West Side Story) General Butler Vagabonds 2000 (Carmen - because I keep hearing a voice from the stands at finals "Holy ****, they're just going to leave her laying out there!") Des Plaines in the late 60s (siren mellos off the line) Madison Scouts (Slaughter - that was a hornline) Shivers: every time a kid (or better yet, the whole corps) finds that perfect blend of emotion and precision, which happens as often in rehearsal as in a show (and is no less sweet for that)
