marchedmanymoonsago
Hi, I had difficulty with the steaming video from Orlando (paid to view just that event), and wonder what the Fan Network membership and the "On Demand" feature is like. How easy is it to watch a video of a past performance? I imagine the files are large and take a long time to download. Thanks!
Dan Balash
I love it. On Demand shows are easy to watch (takes me about 15 seconds to load the show), and being able to listen to any mp3 from the past 35 years when I'm not near my computer where my files are stored is even better. :)
ah178
Agree I love it too. I have the subscription and watching on demand the next day (or whenever) is fast and easy. You get to see special clips of the corps which always makes my day.
Granny Smith
I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I would like to offer my congratulations to DCI for offering a great product. I would like to encourage them to keep working to improve and refine it as they go.
Plan9
Excellent! Now that they have options for camera views (multi or high angle) and camera operators and producers who know the shows and don't linger on ridiculous close ups that focus on some non playing pit person while some insane formation is taking place in wide angle. Kudos to DCI, you rock! Now get out in the parking lot and film some of the earlier corps and give them some air time!! This from a BD / Cavies / PR fan. afd
Best thing since sliced bread!! 69 bucks is a bargain to watch live feeds and On Demand PLUS you can watch top 12 since the early 70's.
hkhongkong
I watch it from Hong Kong and never have any streaming problems, even during live events. But have pretty up-to-date equipment -- a new 24-inch iMac desktop. And broadband capacity here is quite good.
leeb
I love it. Watched most of SCV 1980’s shows. A few Star of Indiana shows, never seen them live. Oh and SVC 75, 76 great years. And the live shows are great to boot.
KiltieKemo06
Pun intended...it's FANtastic! My wife thought I was nuts to get it but since she can keep up with our son marching all over and LIVE...she loves it. Plus to watch it the next day and see more details of each show is great. I love the multi-cam choice and special videos of each corps as well. When it used to take us almost a week back in the day to just get scores we would have KILLED to have this service then. Hats off to DCI for really being FANtastic!!! If they would offer finals as well as semis I think the subscriptions would go thru the roof. DCIowaFan
I love the Fan Network! Best $69 I've ever spent. I even gave it to my son in Albuquerque for Father's Day so he could watch his "little" brother, since Blue Stars were nowhere near ABQ this year. Wish they had done this 3 years ago, when my son first started marching. It has helped me feel more in touch with the corps this season!!!
