The Pan Flute:

Sorry, but a front line of pan flutes just wouldn't cut it for coolness in my book...

I always wondered whatever happened to the infamous Zamfir, MASTER of the Pan Flute!

How about a digeredoo (sp)???

Slap some training wheels on an alphorn...

In '02 at Cap Reg, we actually made our own out of pvc and used them in the intro. I think we had an alpenhorn too.

Somebody once told me, back in the mid '70s, about some California bands using an instrument called a "lengthapipe" ... Which was just that, a length of pipe, possibly with a mouthpiece. I can't see that as something that would get the chicks. But then again, the Boomeister just might be on to something with his famous garden hose ...

I still don't know how my performance with Crunchy Frog at the DCA Championships never made it to YouTube.

Apparently YouTube does have some standards.
