BMBob
This sounds like good news. Teal Sound has been my favorite division 2/open class corps to see for the last three years. I look forward to seeing how they do in this new arena.
qsurf
there was already a riptide indoor line that was originally affiliated with the Jersey Surf.... couldn't come up with a better name?
magicdirect
Great concept and idea! The more indoor lines in Florida the better. Those that can move onto WGI Championships will but those that can't still have plenty of opportunity in the State with FFCC. Great job, maybe we will start to see even more units created. AverageJoe
there was already a riptide indoor line that was originally affiliated with the Jersey Surf....couldn't come up with a better name? Teal Tornado Aqua Marines Purple Glitter Sparkle I like the name. I have the first show for them... Go to Wikipedia and search for teal. The third topic under "Teal in Human Culture" would be grrreeeaaaaat!
cymbal_steve
there was already a riptide indoor line that was originally affiliated with the Jersey Surf....couldn't come up with a better name? Yes, there was. I was a staff member for every year they were out. It will be a little weird to hear scores for another Riptide.
sunguard
there was already a riptide indoor line that was originally affiliated with the Jersey Surf....couldn't come up with a better name? Guess they should have contacted you first! Anyway, good luck to this new group and I wish them well in their first season of competitions. Kamarag
there was already a riptide indoor line that was originally affiliated with the Jersey Surf....couldn't come up with a better name? Honestly, if Surf's line was only out for a few years, and not even recently, I doubt there will be any confusion. If Surf was concerned about the name, they probably should have trademarked it. :)
snax08
Should be interesting to follow. Wish I had the wherewithal to do percussion because of this
mplu55
IT SHOULD BE VERY FUN, TO HAVE A NEW LINE IN THE FFCC. FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THEY WILL BE DOING A COUPLE REGIONALS AND GO ON FROM THERE. I HOPE THEY ARE WAY SUCCESSFUL AND WILL STICK AROUND FOR A WHILE. I ALSO DIDNT KNOW THAT JERSEY SURF HAD A RIPTIDE, WHEN WAS THAT?
