There is a quote on the DM podium for Spirit of Newark:

Here is St. Raymond, the archangel "sent to Earth to save a lost soul."

Spirit of Newark now coming onto the field. My first viewing of this corps.

White Rabbit is the opener. Only 9 horns, but a definite presence to their sound. Great brush work from the snares.

5 guard members, on flag, looking pretty good out there.

They're putting their hearts into their performance. Always good to see.

Nice crescendo to the release to finish White Rabbit!

Now Whiter Shade of Pale. Drums are dancing with the guard in the back. Literally, looks like a wedding dance out there.

I'll make sure to buy the Coraline deluxe DVD set so I have the glasses next time.

Horns in a company front, high marking time for the big hit in Whiter Shade of Pale.

OH, I see what you mean by 3D glasses. DM just put a pair on after Whiter Shade finished.

Drum line is really throwing down for their solo. Body movement and everything. Snares got some chops, although they need to play together better.

Big finish to the solo. This is a fun show to watch. Love the energy from the members.

Nights in White Satin now. Kind of a Latin feel to it.

Wow. When these kids want to, they can blow you away. Again, impressive volume for just nine horns.

Drum major (in white), just "saved" one of the guard members from "the devil" (in red, with horns), who is now conducting the corps at the end of the show.

Crowd likes em.
