Really loving the low brass sound from PC. Opening piece is a little too repetitive for my tastes, but not Philip Glass repetitive so I'm not complaining too much.

Second piece now. Mello soloist with backfield accompaniment Very sonorous off the back stands.

Horns now doing simple hand gestures, supplicant and prayer in nature, with a trumpet and baritone duet. Excellent job by soloists tonight for PC.

Tubas right in front of me. Great power for just 9 of them!

Snares now start the next piece, followed by the tubas coming across the front of the field laying down a difficult line.

Basses solo. Nice rolls!

I believe this is the Oborn piece. Entire horn line is in front of me. Baritones are definitely the strong section of the night for PC. Very raw in a good way.

Nice job on the crescendo/decrescendo, low brass!

Trumpets shine on an intricate part involving double tonguing. Strong performance overall so far.

Corps now heads backfield to prep for the next piece, which opens with a mellophone quartet.

Start to the closer needs to clean up in the baritones. A little ragged on the attacks and releases.

And here we go with the fast paced finish. Could use more intensity at the end.
