David Hill
The full variety of exceptional endings has been presented here, so I will focus on just one; one that has not appeared ... yet: The 1982 Cadets' revolutionary ending to "Cuban Overture." For the ones of us lucky enough to have been there, it was a stunning moment, a game changer for the activity. I will never forget the shell-shocked audience leaping to its feet in thunderous applause, and with a question on its face. If you are not familiar with this show, and this ending, queue it up on Fan Network. Highly recommended!

Jeffe77
Ditto to all aforementioned, I'll throw this one in there, SCV 1991. Love the accelerando by the drumline as the Hornline holds the Chord. Then the "Stereo" Helicopter effect with amazing visual.

jimwolf359
1996 Phantom-Low Brass really sold it. 1979 Troopers- Rifles double spin for 26 beats (by my count) on ONE LEG, up front on the sideline. Great GE moment. Crowd just went nuts. :hmmm: 1975 27th Lancers-Danny Boy, Pinwheel, Rifles, Double Flags. Whats not to like? 1995 Madison-Never experienced a crowd reaction like that until.... 2008 Phantom-Simply incredible. I never saw a audience "buy in" to a show like that. Ever. 2007 Crown- What a fun ending! I was laughing so hard, my sides hurt. Pure Genius. The only time I've enjoyed narration.

pizzaguy
92 VK meets 2008 Phantom. DM harpooned by shark! Actually 78 Spirit. Crowd on its feet final full minute of show! Pure emotion. WOW! And 87 Madison. This is the chord that never ends...it just goes on and on my friend...somebody started playing it not knowing what it was...and they'll continue playing it forever just because...this is the chord that never ends...it just goes on and on my friend...somebody started playing it... tommytimp
1. Madison 88. The joint right there. 2. Madison 95. "I said I can't HEAR them, because the CROWD is so LOUD." 3. Knights 83. Dig it out and listen to it. 4. Phantom 96. Jingle Bells. Awesome. (Although the Peanut is an even better ending.) 5. BD 84. My favorite pure power ending from the best pure power corps. 6. Star93. 7. VK 1984. The announcement of their arrival. Everything in this show worked, right up until the ballz-out ending with the airplane headphones. 8. Phantom 2008. 9. Bridgemen 1978. Just play until you run out of air, then fall down. 10. 27th Lancers, 1975. Big, showbizzy, trailblazing ending.
