hey! ill be at those shows too!

Awesome! I live in Norman and go to grad school at OU so Edmond is only about 40 mins away max, and Denton is about 2 hours down I-35. Score!

Mandarins...fo sho! haha. :tongue::thumbup:

Hey that's great! I'm sure the hard working kids at Mandarins enjoy your support! Have you even seen them BTW?

Gotta be as least as good as the SOS mellos right? :tongue:

I like the Blue teams: Blue Stars, BC and BD. This is one of the strongest BD mello lines in year and get very little acknowledgement for an incredibly hard book and demanding show. They are playing very well. Blue Stars sound incredible and very reminiscent of early Star lines. Bluecoats have a great line and it really complements their show this year.

My vote was hands down for the Blue Stars as well. For me, it isn't just the runs, but the book in general. The dissonance at the beginning hit as well as at the hit towards the end of the show. I get chills every time. I cannot WAIT to see them in Edmond, OK and Denton, TX!

Cool! I will be at both of those shows as well. Blue Stars have one of my favorite shows this year. Of course, I am biased, being a magician and all... :thumbup:

Blue Stars handsdown.

I saw them in Kalamazoo and they were smoking. Still need to clean some runs. But those mellos can sure belt them out. Reminds me of Star in 91.

Well considering the arranger's and co-caption head's backgrounds this is a no-brainer. And yes, the BStars mellos have a great book and are getting it done nicely.

With this duo in charge I think life will be quite interesting for the BStars mellos for years to come.
