ereese
LOL... that was absolutely hilarious. It was like we walked into some sort of alternative universe. I bet they were drinking Yuengling with shots of Four Roses. That'll be a $1.25 for both BITD. Now that Chinese beer is a considered a premium brew......... Now that Chinese beer is a considered a premium brew......... Back in the day, we had a running joke going that anytime us "New Yorkers" went into a bar in that neck of the woods, the locals would try to gouge us by raising the prices of the draft beers from 25 cents to 30 cents. "We'll show them city folks a thing or two....."

"We'll show them city folks a thing or two....." Genese Cream ale on tap was sixty cents a pint. Steak sandwiches about a foot and a half long were 90 cents. The Yankee Old Timers game was on TV. That's how the conversation about The Babe came up. "These boys are from NY, they should know!" This was all BEFORE rehearsal......... bariforhire
SoCal Dream:Rehearsal site: Veterans Memorial Park 595 Calkins Rd. Henrietta, NY 14467 Hotel: DoubleTree Hotel Rochester 1111 Jefferson Road, ROCHESTER NY 14623 Supposedly just a few miles apart. Your rehearsal site and the hotel are both excellent and less than 2 miles apart, just come out of the hotel on the E. Henrietta Rd. side and go south aprox 1.5 miles, turn right onto Calkins Rd. and the park is about a quarter mile down on the left. BTW, the question was where the corps were practicing in Scranton this weekend. Empire will be at the soccer field across the street from the stadium. Oh man.... almost forgot about those giant steak sandwiches. Those things were good. Even better since they were 90 cents. I mean, you could feed (and water) an army at that place for less than five bucks. LOL. And those "regulars" at the bar that day... what a cast of characters!!!!!
