gmanbay41
OK - that's every year - do you wish to be any more specific than that, your crypticness? Well we are still working on the 2011 show as we speak. I can tell you that we will be keeping our opener from last year "LOMBERO" and I can tell you I see a trip to New York in 2011. More details to follow as them become finalized. Hype! George
PhillySoprano
The Bridgemen are pleased to announce that they will be having their 2011 Open House on Saturday November 13th & Sunday November 14th. Both days will be from 12-6 and will be held at St.Andrews, which is located at 4th steet and Broadway in Bayonne N.J.It will all start on Saturday at noon with a quick meeting to go over the membership handbook and the plans for the 2011 season. After the quick meeting we will then head to practice for the rest of the day. We get to do it all over again on Sunday with practice from 12-6. On Saturday night after practice the corps will be having a social at the famous VENICE! The corps is open to ANYONE who wants to have fun and entertain audiences!!!! This is the place for you! Our schedule is very light. This year the corps will be together only 29 times total, which includes all practices, shows & parades. The dues are only $225 which is paid over 6 months. Anyone wishing information can email me @gmanbay41@aol.com or you can stop by either day. The practices are ALWAYS open to the public to stop by and watch. Also the "Tournament Of Stars" exhibition show will be held on July 16th, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. More info to follow. The 2011 season will be our 7th season and promises to be our best one yet! Hype! George If you want to have some fun come to Bayonne this weekend. Maybe your alittle rusty, thats okay. Our staff is very good at helping individuals that want to play some fun music. Even the people in your section are very helpful in helping you. I've been with the Bridgemen since 2006 playing soprano after a lay off of 22 years ,and within no time I was back playing as good as ever. You have plenty of time to get back into shape.Even after practice we usually don't go right home. After drill practice down on thr water at 16th street, we tailgate for awhile and then go to the Venice to spend more time together, as where most people go home with other corps. If you've thinking about marching on a very limited basis ,come on down to Bayonne this Saturday and Sunday the 13th and 14th and sit down with us ,we don't bite. I guarantee you'll have fun or your 1st beer is on me. Ask Mike Sigalow , he came to Bayonne last year and is having the TIME OF HIS LIFE. Don't have an instrument , thats okay we have them for you , so what are you waiting for COME ON DOWN TO ST. ANDREWS THIS WEEKEND AND HAVE SOME FUN.
