As it has been for at least the past 15 years when I marched, and maybe at least 20 years ago when my wife marched. Really, it's hard as hell for ANYONE marching when you think about the cost of touring (factoring in the lost revenue/income members miss out on all summer/spring), physical toll, etc. Drum corps aint for everyone, that's for sure Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Anticipating the smelly carpet, loads of laundry, lots of food and tons and tons of laughs. You just have to love it! They're lucky, when they come home they can just jump in the hot tub.
