Mike right on,...........and essentially there is nothing to wear out on them except maybe having to replace the padding,............. CANDRUMMER Posted May 9, 2013 Share Posted May 9, 2013 Those cotton web slings were used for YEARS with much success for snare tenor bass drums triples AND marching TYMPANI!! prior to the introduction of the carrier/harness. I personaly liked the CADET Model for the bass drums.It had a waist belt and two criss crossed shoulder straps. Never liked the STANDARD model.
