HollywoodNeoCon
The Scouts just tweeted that "what was good in May is no longer good enough," and hashtagged "elimination block." As one of those who remember hours of basics blocks, is this as ominous as it sounds???? Just curious... In our version, you don't get kicked of the group when you messed up. You simply had to get out of the block. hardlyworking
Yeah, I remember doing an elimination block where, as soon as you messed up, you had to go run to another block going on at the same time, but all the exercises were at about quarter note = 230. Thankfully, I was one of the last two standing. Those were always so much fun - you really had to be on top of your game.
fsubone
Also called a drill-down in some circles. Good way to make sure everyone is on top of their game and trying their hardest. No one wants to be the first guy out of the block.
