corpsband
Except blue devils. exactly. i get the whole "but we all want to have lives outside of drum corps" thing. but i think there's a lot to be said for keeping certain key positions around all summer. doesn't really matter if johnny guard tech or susie visual tech rotates in and out. but the key cleaning staff --i say keep them around as much as possible, all of tour if possible. if they have to miss one week, make sure the number 2 guy is there, not the number 4 or 5 guy. I think this is the same philosophy most corps try to follow. All those extra people are techs, the head honchos and their #2's are around all summer.
