kevingamin
Next on the field is Atlanta CV from Atlanta, Georgia. Competing in Open Class, their 2018 program is entitled "Chaos Theory".
kevingamin
Pit opening. They're fun to watch as they perform all out. Horns come in and hit us with a Beethoven quote, but in a minor key.
kevingamin
Horn quartet up front on mics continues the Beethoven theme. Guard uniforms are STRIKING with their color, and the current silks add to that effect. An incredible contrast between them and the darkness of the corps proper uniforms. kevingamin
Another horn quartet on the mics up front. This is like deranged Beethoven, which is a fun take on the piece.
kevingamin
Ooh, nice groove to start the next movement. They're having some fun with looping the bari soloist and modulating the looped sound while he continues to play.
kevingamin
Full guard on rifle. That's always impressive to me.
kevingamin
Drum line is THUNDEROUS as they come front for their feature.
kevingamin
Pit turns their keyboards perpendicular to the field. Snares and tenors fill in between them and they both play on the suspended cymbals on them. Great moment!

kevingamin
Horn trio opens the next movement, Dancer in the Dark. Baritone soloist on the 50 with a gorgeous tone plays the melody.
