I think this may cross over into about 3 of the current threads here. I am heavily involved with Gold and I am proud of all our "Band Parents" who drove over 9 hours each way to come see their kids ba

I'm a member of the Cabs Alumni, and we were instructed by DCA that we had to fill up 25 minutes at our finals exhibition, hence the inclusion of three parade tunes after our concert number.  

Flugelhorn soloist takes over from the trombone. Nice flutter tongue and lip slur up to the top of the register!

Corps now doing a great park and blow. Guard around the side one and back field going off on the flags.

Here comes the lightning. LITERALLY. Not only are there lightning bolt rifles, but the corps has set up strobe lights to flash along with the musical “thunder” impacts.

Rifles just caught their toss while jumping up in the air. I always enjoy that move.

Those strobes have to be messing with the photographers. 😄

I can hear them yelling! Sounds like another strong run.
