The rest comes from what is raised throughout the balance of the year; show money, parades, souvies, additional fund raising events (alumni and friends) their music store, band festivals, donations from fans and other supporters (corporate and independent). Some corps have BoD’s of 7-9 members (guessing, not absolutely certain). IAM is a BoD of over 40. This enables a lot of resources to manage the organization.
