Although I had a great time with them, it was not a great year for the Blue Stars competitively of course. I have attended DCI Finals EVERY year since (except for 1976 - watched LIVE on PBS). I also missed 1972, but did attend VFW Nationals in Minneapolis that year. Some years I went to 30 or more shows as a fan - crazy, I know. We lost to them 6 times in a row but number 7 turned out to be our lucky number. You were good in 1974 also. Very happy to see them still around in 2022 and on an upward trajectory.
