ChrisBD
P.S., sorry for the deception, Tink! Silk mouthpieces aren't really made by moths.
Nespy
I've written Dynasty to inquire about the SILK mouthpieces and also the personal model Wayne Downey trumpet. I received a reply stating that information would be available in about a month.
Blaringbrass
Any word on these things yet? I haven't heard anything about them, has anyone else?
DevsBari02
I spoke to Wayne last night. To clear up any confusion, SILK is the brand name or manufacturer and nothing to do with the material silk being incorporated into the design of the mouthpiece. (I will admit I was one of the people who thought that). Apparently, according to what he said, they are going to be the Wayne Downey custom line of marching mouthpieces. I know at Devils we are still using the mouthpieces from last year, but Wayne said we should get them pretty soon. I wouldnt be suprised if we got them at the full camp at the end of the month.
