Orpheus
DO ya ever wonder how, here on DCP, a question such as, "What's your favorite drum corps tune that rarely, if ever, gets talked about?" generates answers that include lists of dozens of different selections? - - Not that there's anything wrong with that, I guess, but I find it kind of funny. lanestar
My first year marching, (Spartans, from Washington) I remember watching Bluecoats push to make finals. It seemed that there schedule and ours were the same all summer. We even had a free afternoon at a public swimming pool in Alabama together. Each core did a singing run-through in the pool for the other. What a hoot! All that being said, here is my choice. Bluecoats 1987 "Automn Leaves" Great tune, great solo's made it to finals for the first time. I wasn't a memeber, but I couldn't have been more excited for them.
