Jim Clark
"The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated." -- Mark Twain Recognizing the value of remembering the great Corps who are no longer on the field and at the same time not wanting to start a war, many of us who have been involved over the years still see our beloved Spirit as a viable and thriving Drum Corps. We embrace Spirit from JSU as well as Spirit of Georgia (1993) as an ongoing part of Spirit's history. You'll still see today's members proudly wearing their Deltas and we Geezers are equally proud that they wear them. I don't want to cause any trouble, but most of us Alumni think Spirit is alive and well. Jim Clark
Jim, I am sure that must have been a mistake. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was afraid it might look like an over-reaction, but I've seen a lot of people on DCP who feel as though Spirit is no longer with us. I didn't mean to hijack the thread, either. Remembering all these fine Drum Corps is an honorable thing. Why were they left off the list, or were they? :sshh:
