It would be nice to see Canada put something together. BTW, I've really liked the Grenadiers and wish them well in Scranton. I just wish they could hold both a nucleus and an identity for a few years. TomPeashey Posted August 21, 2005 Share Posted August 21, 2005 you answered your own question Archie decided not to go... with DCA being late in September, it was not easy to keep going... the corps had shows in May and then went for a full 4 months plus. '66 I think I performed in 16 contests - all on weekends only ... now 8 is a lot... this year, prelims will have 26 corps... this seems very firm... Pretty Cool! Just think if ALL the senior corps could come to DCA. They'd have to lock the town down or declare a state of emergency. Yahoo!
