Season Pass

Welp they said they would have "make good" videos etc from finals to make up for the gliche they had saturday...but still nothing on the site....but what I feel is even worse...They couldn't even send the members a email stating what would be happening and also at least saying they were sorry for the problem....it don't take much to send a email to your mailing list of subscribers....

All we want is customer services....timely updates to problems....realistic time frames to fix issues and availability of things.

something tells me that the people doing the internet aren't "volunteers" , if DCI made 9 million just on finals and 30% goes to corps then the rest goes for salaries and bus. expenses.....

The issue is not volunteer versus paid. It was DCI Season Pass that said they would put up the content this week.

A note about tonight's DCI Cam

The DCI Cam capturing tonight’s performances is malfunctioning – we had been capturing streams from the television broadcast and that function is not working this evening. DCI apologizes for the inconvenience and is working to ensure that replacement video will appear on the Season Pass later this week. 

Again, as I have repeated before, this service is worth the cost, but they also need to follow through on what they promise. They knew whether they were volunteers or paid. They knew their schedule. They posted this notice. They did not follow through. I am not picking on them, just saying tell us what to expect, then follow through. I am really tired of those who defend this type of behavior, and say that we are wrong to point out the issues. It is a very good service being poorly run right now. If you disagree, fine. But support your points with facts. I do.

I'm kinda hoping they come out with Regionals and Finals Week Montage like they did last season. I really liked those things kind of a bummer we've yet to see one appear this season. I'mhoping they will even after that fact.
