By the time DCA CAME AROUND...Phoenix was lucky to have 40 horns...in fact I believe we had around 34-35 at DCA.

We started the year at 63 maybe.

Best ever finish for the Thunderbirds in DCA competition b**bs

Also Erie won the Red Carpet Association (Circuit for small Sr corps) the week before.

RCA Champs were also held at the Erie Prison, err Stadium. ^0^

I remember Erie stadium...

" Up next from Harrisburg PA, the WEST-SHORE-LINERS!"

May have been one of those mergers that worked..who knows!

First time at Erie Stadium (76 RCA) we looked at it and asked "What the #### do they use this place for?"

We were looking for guard towers and machine gun emplacements :sshh:

And I forgot about being the Westshoreliners.... After one parade the Patriot listed us as the West Shiremen. (What from Shiremanstown?)
