Matt_S
(obscure shows are becoming tiresome and audiences/crowds have reached their all-time low) Really? News to me...
dcpguy1111
a new stance on an old twist? sure...with the level of talent and competency out there, imagine taking some older tunes and giving them a face lift. Are you kidding me? Tons of corps do that EVERY YEAR, and it rarely works anyway. Glassmen probably did the best job with it last year with the New World Symphony. From the sound of your post, you'd think every corps would be doing full programs of Berio and George Crumb. Too obscure? The Cavaliers friggin put a faux-baseball game into their show last year! Blackstar
QUOTE(drumcat @ May 15 2006, 07:01 PM) This is as pointless as trying to pick the Super Bowl winners 2-10 years from now. My money is on Phantom Regiment. they always have alot of tubas, that'll probably make for a good defensive line. Phantom in the superbowl b**bs WOW.......... Rocketman
No new champion corps, meaning first time winnersBluedevils go on a championship run Phantom falls back out of top 5 SCV moves up and several 2nd places Crown hits its peak relatively soon and never reaches top 5 These are just speculations. These aren't speculations, this is history repeated. How boring. RM - zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ampssuck

LoveSOS
or there is always the possibility that 10 years from now there won't even be any drum corps. I might need to find a new hobby....i wonder if i would be any good at gardening?
AzEuph
The Academy rocks Div. II and comes to Div.I. First year they make semis and eventually climb up into finals making it into top 8Somebody's marching the Arizona Academy!!! Actually I don't...believe me or not but look at my past post about them!! I have not always had nice things to say about them. I have friends who marched and I've seen them before and I know what the director is capable of.
